So while doing some other things under Bill T. I noticed a LOT of films that I've never heard of just sitting there in the ftp server. Like, for example, Police Dogs In Action. Why isn't that listed anywhere? Day In the Death of Donny B? Self Preservation in an Atomic Attack? (nice title) and Parons avoid Noise?

Good question, Spuzz!

So what we're doing right now is restoring recordings where there's a details page, but no linked directory. After we're done with that, we need to do the opposite - finding directories which have no details page existing for them.

Although you can find those movies on ftp.archive.org in raw MPEG-only form, they're probably on the actual production machines (moviesXX) as well, with all the derivatives made.

Of course, there could be a reason why they were digitized and not added (this was back in 2002, before I was around), so we should check with Rick, too!

Regards,
Simon.
